Week 1
Yarn & Tension Swatches
We’ll start with an introduction to the sock pattern. After that we'll focus on the jersey (stocking stitch/stockinette) part of the sock, and make a tension swatch using yarn of your choice.
Week 2
Practice the techniques
Practice the patterning and short rows techniques used in the sock pattern by making swatches. Always make your mistakes on the swatch before diving into making the whole project.
Week 3
Calculations
We'll show you how to calculate the rows and needles based on your tension swatch, and fill in the measurement on the provided sock template.
Week 4
Knit & Assembly
Following instructions in the sock pattern, the template, and the knowledge acquired from the previous chapters, knit your socks!
